Iraida offers her discerning clientele a singular level of professionalism. She is expert at balancing the business knowledge she has acquired and fine-tuned through her substantial education and experience with the subjective and often emotional aspects of any real estate transaction. Graduating magna cum laude with a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Iraida went on to earn an MBA, followed by over a decade working in commercial real estate for major real estate investment, development and management firms before switching to residential real estate. As a residential real estate Broker, her results-driven expertise is invaluable, while her work ethic and integrity are impeccable. Iraida's business knowledge and insight are accompanied by her love of helping people achieve the dream of home ownership, or of optimizing the return on the sale of their property.
